Superbowl TV Spots...

As always during the Superbowl they show some TV spots for the biggest upcoming movies of the year, here are a couple of the ones i'm really looking forward to :)

SFX Weekender 2011

Last weekend i attended SFX Magazine's Weekender 2011. It was a fun packed weekend which included special guest appearances from some of the biggest names in Sci Fi & Fantasy.

The main headliners were George Takei (Mr Sulu from Star Trek), Craig Charles (Lister from Red Dwarf), Keeley Hawes (Alex Drake from Ashes To Ashes) Terry Pratchet, Robert Rankin and Russel Tovey (George from Being Human).

There were also many TV and Comic writers and Authors such as Paul Cornell Tony Lee and China Mieville.

There were plenty of things to do over the weekend, including games, quizzes, Q & A sessions, signings, comedy skits and even karaoke!
